After two years in temporary premises, the Bloody Sunday Trust are proud to welcome visitors to the stunning new Museum of Free Derry - which opened its doors to the public in late February 2017 after an extensive redevelopment. The new museum is in its original location in the Bogside.

Free Derry Tours offer guided walking tours at 10am, 12noon and 2pm, Monday to Friday - leaving from the museum. On Saturdays, tours take place at 11am and 2pm, with a 2pm tour also available on Sundays, too. Contact them directly to book. They are also available for private tours and taxi tours. Bogside History Tours offer guided walking tours at 11am and 1pm, 365 days a year - leaving from the city's Guildhall. From April-September, there is also an extra 3pm tour (Mon-Fri). Derry Guided Tours are private walking tours that run daily with no set times – all times are arranged with visitors at time of booking. Derry Guided Tours is run by Gleann Doherty, who lost his father on Bloody Sunday. Gleann has a B.A. Honours Degree in Irish History and Politics from the University of Ulster.
